The Electro-Harmonix Neo Mistress brings the well-known Mistress-style flanger sound into a smaller pedalboard-friendly enclosure. It is built for players who want anything from subtle movement and slow modulation to more pronounced jet-style flange, metallic resonance, and experimental fixed-filter textures.
This model keeps the control layout simple with Rate and Feedback knobs, while still offering a wide range of sounds. Turning the Rate control below the marked star position engages Filter Matrix mode, which disconnects the internal sweep and lets the player set the flange position manually for static comb-filter tones, resonant textures, bell-like sounds, and unusual studio-style effects.
This is a great fit for rock, alternative, indie, psych, prog, post-punk, shoegaze, ambient, experimental, bass, and studio pedalboards where compact size and classic flanger character matter.
