Rare single-pickup Memphis-built ES-335 Studio with Dirty Fingers Plus humbucker and no f-holes
This 2013 Gibson Memphis ES-335 Studio is a distinctive, stripped-down version of the classic ES-335, built around a semi-hollow body with a solid centre block but without traditional f-holes. Its single high-output Dirty Fingers Plus bridge humbucker, simple volume and tone controls, black hardware and Ebony Gloss finish give it a much more aggressive character than a traditional 335. The baked maple fingerboard, mahogany neck and familiar 24.75-inch Gibson scale retain the classic Gibson playing feel. This short-lived 2013 configuration is a less common ES-335 variant and an interesting choice for both players and Gibson collectors.
 
Condition:
Very good overall physical and working condition considering its age, with no major damage or known structural issues.
There is a very slight unevenness/gap visible along one side of the neck joint, as shown closely in the photos. The joint is not separated and there is no major structural damage noted.
The Ebony Gloss finish shows normal signs of previous use, including scattered light scratches, small dings and marks around the body and neck. There is also some visible paint/stain-like residue around the bridge and pickup area. Please review the detailed photos for the exact cosmetic condition.
The two control knobs shown in the photos are damaged/broken; both will be replaced with new knobs before the guitar is delivered or shipped.
The electronics have been tested and function properly with no issues noted. Pickup output, volume and tone controls are working normally. The frets, Tune-O-Matic bridge, stop-bar tailpiece and Grover tuners are all in great overall condition.
