The Sontronics STC-2 is a proper studio condenser microphone built for clean, detailed recordings—great for vocals, acoustic instruments, guitar cab room capture, and general studio use. This is the XLR version (not USB), so it pairs with an audio interface/mixer and requires 48V phantom power. Yours comes as a practical “ready to use” kit with the hard case plus multiple mounts/adapters.
Condition
The mic presents in excellent overall condition with normal cosmetic handling wear. The grille looks straight with no obvious dents in the photos. Case foam is intact. Accessories show normal use marks. Included: Aluminum hard case with foam insert,. Spider shock mount,. RØDE ring/mount assembly (extra mount/hardware) Thread adapters/reducers (brass + metal), thread extender. Spare elastic bands / small parts + pads shown.
