**What do you lend against?**
Pawn loans on luxury watches, gold, platinum, diamonds and bullion only.

**Do you check my credit?**
No. We never check your credit or report to credit agencies.

**Do I need to call first?**
No. Come in during opening hours. No appointment needed.

**How long is the loan?**
Your loan term is 30 days, plus a 60-day grace period.

**What if I cannot repay?**
If a loan is not repaid, we keep the pledged item. Nothing is reported to credit agencies.

**Can I get more time?**
Need more time? Talk to us before your grace period ends.

**Who can redeem?**
Only the person on the ticket can redeem, with matching photo ID.

**I lost my pawn ticket. What do I do?**
Bring government photo ID that matches the loan, and we will find your record. Replacing a lost ticket costs $4.

**How am I paid?**
Pawn loans are paid out in cash, in store.

**Do you buy items?**
We buy consumer electronics, gold and diamond jewellery, luxury watches and musical instruments. When we buy your item, we pay in cash, in store.

**Is the quote free?**
The quote is free, with no obligation, whether you pawn or sell.

**Are you licensed?**
Licensed by the City of Vancouver as a pawnbroker, second-hand dealer and retailer.
